3/4 oz vanilla syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange juice
2 cucumber wheels
1 large or 2-3 small basil leaves
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice & shake well. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a fresh cucumber wheel & fresh basil leaves.
1 1/2 oz Empress Gin
1/4 oz Monin lavender syrup
1/4 oz lime juice
A splash of Fever Tree tonic water
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake & strain over ice into a snifter. Top with Fever Tree tonic water. Garnish with a dehydrated or fresh lime wheel, fresh rosemary sprig, and five juniper berries.
